Becky Oleson is an Attorney for Red Door Title and is licensed to practice law in both New Hampshire and Maine. She is responsible for addressing the legal issues that accompany real estate transactions.
Becky has almost a decade of experience in the title and settlement field, as well as many other aspects of real estate law. She was previously an attorney at Cooper Cargill Chant, P.A. in North Conway, NH where her practice focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions, condominium and non-profit law, landlord/tenant matters, foreclosure law, and estate planning and probate. She also established and headed Presidential Title Services, a title company under the umbrella of Cooper Cargill Chant.
Becky received a Juris Doctor Degree and Master’s Degree in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School. She obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Science with a minor in Secondary Education from Lyndon State College. Prior to attending law school, Becky was a science teacher at White Mountains Regional High School in Whitefield, NH and before that she was a Sergeant in the U.S. Army.
Prior to coming to Red Door Title, Becky was the Moderator for both the town of Conway, NH and the North Conway Water Precinct. She is a longtime member and past president of the Mount Washington Valley Bicycling Club and an active member of the affiliate committee of the White Mountain Board of Realtors.
